Our Background
We are one of the world's largest manufacturers of * company (Jhalani Tools (I) Ltd.) was established in 1961 in collaboration with Gedore of Germany and has since grown into seven Factories all over India employing over 5000 people and exporting to over 45 countries.
Our cargo lashing/fittings Business
We diversified into manufacturing of cargo lashing and fittings a few years ago. We at present manufacture extensive range of products meeting EN 12195-2 standards for lashings and EN 1492-1 for slings used in:
o Cargo Lashings: 25mm, 35mm, 50mm, 75mm Ratchet assemblies.
o Lifting Slings: 3 ...5mm, 50mm, 75mm till 300mm all available in duplex, triplex and quadruple and all Round slings upto 300 tons capacity.
o Internal container storage: Cam buckle assemblies (25mm and 50mm)
Cargo Sta Bars (Steel, Aluminum, Spring loaded)
Shoring Poles( Steel, Aluminum, Stainless steel) Cargo Planks (Aluminum with cushioned End clamps)
o Air Cargo straps: Webbing lashings and Cam buckle assemblies.
o One way lashings: Forged One way Buckles, Sheet Pressed in all dimensions.
o Winch straps: All dimensions with stitched Flat hooks with defenders.
o Corner Protectors: Steel, Re-inforced plastic.
o Vehicle recovery straps, Tow straps.
o Safety Harness
o Steel Castings: In house shell core precision castings.
o Forgings: High quality load bearing forged products, Rings, Buckles, Connectors
o End fittings: Wire J hooks, Claw hooks, S hooks, Forged deltas, Chain links Snap hooks, Twisted snap hooks, Anchor plate, Three bar slider, Over center Buckles, Close rave Hooks, Cam Buckles, E- Fittings and all type of end fittings for lashings.
